Is there parking?
There are areas around the boutique where you can park. If you are coming during busy hours, send us a WhatsApp message and we will point you to the easiest option.
Can I visit without an appointment?
Yes, you are welcome during opening hours without an appointment. However, if you would like one-to-one style consultation, a VIP appointment makes for a far more relaxed experience.
Can I communicate in another language?
We offer service in Turkish, English, German and Russian. Whichever language you write in, we reply in the same one.
How quickly do you respond?
We usually reply to WhatsApp messages received during opening hours within a short time. Messages that arrive after closing are answered the next working day.
