One-to-One Style Consultation
A consultation that works through your features, your skin tone and your lifestyle, and gives honest feedback. We will also tell you plainly when something doesn’t suit you.

If you are undecided, we send you photographs and give you time to think. We also hold the model you like for you for a set period.

How Does It Work?

Let’s Confirm Your Time
We agree a suitable time slot together. We send a reminder message before the appointment.
Your Visit
45–60 minutes on average. You try the selection set aside for you, receive consultation and decide at your ease.
Collection and Follow-Up
We let you know as soon as your glasses are ready. A final adjustment is made at collection, and we stay beside you afterwards.
In peak season appointment slots fill quickly. If your holiday plans are already set, writing to us a few days in advance makes it easier for us to reserve the time that suits you best.

About the VIP Experience
Is the VIP appointment chargeable?
No. A VIP appointment involves no extra charge and no obligation to buy. Its purpose is to let you reach the right decision in a calm slot of time set aside for you.
How long does the appointment take?
45–60 minutes on average. If more than one person is coming, or you have a specific request, we plan the time accordingly from the start.
Can I book an appointment for the same day?
Depending on availability, that can be possible. Message us on WhatsApp to ask about that day; if a slot is free, we reserve it right away.
Which languages do you offer?
Turkish, English, German and Russian. Whichever language you send your request in, we handle the whole process in that language.
Can I change my appointment?
Of course. If your plans change, simply let us know as early as you can and we will rearrange your time.
